I have to be honest, usually I like to try out products for at least 1 – 2 weeks before writing a review, however I stopped using this product after two nights of use.
I can expect that not one pillow will suit everyone, however I was shocked with this product that has some form of brand to it. The general build quality and materials used are clearly extremely cheap and it’s not just me that thought this.
Due to the memory foam smell, I decided to remove the pillowcase to allow the memory foam to air-out. To my surprise, as I was removing the pillowcase the pillow tore open (with very little force), resulting with a pile of what seemed to be recycled foam all over my living room. I looked online to contact the seller, however I noticed that this was not the first time that this had happened.
I found a review on their Amazon page from a customer who had a similar experience to myself three months earlier, to which the company did not respond at all.
Besides this incident, I did have the chance to try out the pillow for one night. To be honest, I would not recommend this product to anyone even those who prefer shredded memory foam. Personally, I found that the pillow was not supportive at all, if anything under-stuffed which made it feel like a large teabag with a chemical smell.
I believe that if you are thinking of purchasing one of these £79.99 pillows, you will need two to keep your head supported during the night.
