Initially I was a little hesitant of purchasing this pillow, purely because the company is fairly new and I didn’t want to be too harsh on a new product. I like to review products that have been around for a while to give the company time to “iron out the creases” if you will.
However to my surprise, this specific pillow by Panda Life ltd genuinely surprised me. It is one of the highest ranked bamboo pillows online and I have a couple friends who have mentioned this company previously.
As many of you know, I prefer to try out pillows for at least a week before writing a review. However with this product, I’m saddened to say I simply cannot. I found this bamboo pillow on amazon, it was featured on the first page so i thought that it wouldn’t be as bad as this. Yes, I ignored all of the reviews and gave them the benefit of the doubt.
Both my wife and I found the pillow too hard and we have reverted back to our other memory foam bamboo pillows. This has to be by far one of the most horrendous pillow I ever bought. I have to be honest, usually I like to try out products for at least 1 – 2 weeks before writing a review, however I stopped using this product after two nights of use.
I can expect that not one pillow will suit everyone, however I was shocked with this product that has some form of brand to it. The general build quality and materials used are clearly extremely cheap and it’s not just me that thought this.
I have purchased Hotel Comfort’s bamboo covered memory foam pillow – King. I like in the UK and may I say that this way quiet a difficult to get my hands on. Hotel Comfort is a US brand who mainly would with resellers, their support is practically non existent in the UK. I know this because I had to email 4 different companies to get the answer I was looking for regarding the bamboo fibre.
Overall this pillow was performing well in the first week of use, however I have started to notice that the memory foam is already starting to ‘dip’. This is leading me to believe that this is not made of the highest quality materials, typically it takes at least 3-4 months until the memory foam starts decreasing.
I purchased this pillow directly from Feel My Bamboo’s website, I had not heard much about them prior my purchase. I saw that a few people were talking highly of them in a forum and thought I would give it a try.
I have been using this shredded memory foam bamboo pillow for around a week, again this product is very popular on Amazon and I wanted to give it a try. As always, this review is unsponsored and unbiased, completely my own experience.
If you have read any of my other bamboo pillow reviews in the past, you will know that I am not a huge fan of shredded memory foam pillows as I get extremely overheated during the night. Overall the pillow itself is decent quality, however not worth the high price (£69.99).
I have been using Quiesta’s, Memory Flake Pillow, Memory Foam Interior, Bamboo Fabric Case. This item was not given to us to review, or discounted and is a completely unbiased. The first thing that I noticed was the extremely pungent chemical smell, this is quite typical with memory foam however this was overwhelmingly strong. After around 48 hours left near the window to air out most of the odor had dispersed.
The first pillow that we are looking at is Homscape’s Bamboo Pillow. Designed specifically for side-sleepers, so we put this to the test. We took 3 different people to try out this pillow.
